meet H class of 2010 – [St. Louis High School Senior Photographer]
Another super fun high school senior session today! H is one of the most bubbly, friendly, adorable girls I’ve ever met… with such a gorgeous & contagious smile. She’s a dancer (like I was many many moons ago) and so we had a few giggles about poses and how we both naturally fell into those dance patterns. She brought her mom along too, and I hope my own daughters and I have relationships like theirs… and I totally am expecting to become BFFs on Facebook with mom! Hehe!
But on with the sneak peek! Did I mention H was gorgeous?! Because I might have freaked her out a bit with the amount of times I told her so! Thanks so much to H & K for coming today… and venturing into my jungle backyard!

A – class of 2010 [St. Louis Senior Photographer]
I met with A a little while back to capture some senior portraits. Guys are much different to shoot than girls, but A did great and I showed my true dorky self the entire time. Hope you are enjoying your summer in Chicago and enjoy this sneak peek before your gallery is ready!

a few more peeks for A – [St. Louis Senior Photographer]
Figured I’d post a couple from the studio shots with A…. and a few more we took downtown. I feel so blessed to get such gorgeous subjects all the time!

2010 Senior Spokesmodel – [St. Louis Senior Photographer]
I’ve decided to dive into the senior market and totally lucked out when A agreed to be a Senior Spokesmodel for me! She’s a gorgeous & sweet girl with her own artistic flair so was up for exploring downtown for her session! Thanks, A, for coming out today, even when I know you were freezing with the wind! Here are a few I picked out as a sneak peek!
I still have some spots open for Senior Spokesmodels, so please email to inquire about this fun opportunity!

some fun with editing [St. Louis Urban Senior Photographer]
I have been wanting to push myself more in editing my images. I’m naturally drawn to doing bright, colorful, clean images… and I’m sure that will always be my “signature style” if I have a style. But I also love the look of fun, edgy, grungy, texture-y (yeah, sure it’s a word!) treatments on images. I just don’t know how well I pull it off, but it’s fun to play!
Here are two from my fun senior session that I need more hours in the day to get through editing… and couldn’t help playing with today! (Needed a fun pick-me-up after a rough NILMDTS session on Saturday)

Gosh these girls are GORGEOUS!!!
just a couple… okay four! [St. Louis Urban Senior Photographer]
I had a great time on Sunday with these beautiful and fun “senior” (::wink, wink::) girls shooting in urban locations. I told myself that I was just going to peek at them real quick today and pull out just 2 to post. Well, 2 just wouldn’t do, so here are 4 random picks. I won’t even call them “favorites” as I probably have about 50 favorites… haha!
As an added note, I’m looking to book senior spokes models now… so if you are or know a current junior, class of 2010, email me and let’s talk! I’ve got a great program!

beautiful senior girl
I thought I’d just take a quick peek at a fun senior session today with a most beautiful girl… and then I couldn’t resist processing a few which means I can’t help but post a few!
It was so great to meet you today, N… and I’m totally going to make you do a fun outdoor session this spring!

And I couldn’t resist applying a few funky effects… my regular sessions don’t always lend themselves to fun & funky effects, so it’s always fun to try different things! Seniors are fun! I can see myself perhaps getting into the senior market on a regular basis!
