quick sneak peek!

Big sister A set up this session as a gift for her parents.  Isn’t that the BEST?!  I think her parents are going to be so touched by such a thoughtful gift.  And, yes, C, you are definitely one of the funniest people I’ve had here (and the cutest too!).

A, not sure if you want me to put these up on Facebook yet or until after your parents see.

a few more!

Just a couple more to tease you!

still laughing

after the fun session I had with D&D today!  They are twin sisters who wanted to have a fun session while D was in town visiting.  And boy did we have fun!  They were naturals in front of the camera and aren’t they GORGEOUS!?

Here’s tiny sneak peek, D & D!  I wasn’t even going to post any until tomorrow, but couldn’t resist.  I may tease you with a couple more tomorrow to hold you over until your entire gallery is finished!

a few to redeem myself

from yesterday of my gang!

and totally had to post one more out-take.  So very Sophie.  It’s a little hard to see, but she’s totally got air time here.

hardest session ever!

They always are with my own kids!  I think I’m going to have to beg, bribe, plead, whatever it takes, my fellow photographer friends to shoot my own kids (and as much as I was ready to shoot myself, I really mean photograph!).  But then, I like them too much to put them through so much torture.  My apologies to whom ever may have been at Faust Park this afternoon… and heard the crazy mom hollering, “Sa-Jo-Thomas!  Look up.  Stop chewing your nails.  You, in the red, quit pushing the one in the green next to you!  AHHHHHH!!!  Someone catch the baby!”  Here are a few examples of what these uncooperative subjects of mine gave me today (and I do need to say the older two were dreams… even Gracie only copped a teeny bit of a ‘tude but snapped out of it… ahem :::SamJonThomasSophie::::)

I’ll try and post some decent ones tomorrow if I can find them.

Thanksgiving parties galore!

Today was the day for Thanksgiving parties at school.  This was their last day of school for the week (yay!).  I somehow signed myself up for 3 parties!  2 of which were at the same time.  I decided to be ambitious and make turkey cupcakes for snack.  They seem to have been a big hit!  But then, so were the Krispy Kremes one of the moms brought for the turkey cupcake-less party I was at.

The idea for these came from Family Fun Magazine (love it!!) and is on their website.

finally

I’m finally getting a chance to start editing our beach vacation photos from August.  Yay!  Here are some favorites that I’ve gotten to of my BFF (Hi, Lin!) and her hubby.  So glad I MADE them get some just the two of them!

just do it

My friend Jodie Allen sent this to me today.  Be sure to exercise your priviledge, right, and responsibility and vote today!

Sophie & I voted after we dropped off Thomas.  She’s such a people watcher that she loved it!
Us in Photobooth after we rocked the vote:

It took us about 40 minutes total.  It’s busy, but not too bad!

amazingly gorgeous!

Can you even image getting THIS view everyday?  The M family is just that lucky!  I was just in AWE when I walked into their backyard.  Yes, this is their backyard!  Here are a few sneak peeks from the session!
